What is My Message?
Your message is the text, photos, video links and any other document you’ve uploaded to your So Much 2 Say account. Remember, you can come back at any time to change, revise or even delete your message.
To help ensure your message will be uploaded and easily viewed each document and file should be a maximum of 750k.
What is the process for message verification and delivery?
Prior to delivering your message, we will attempt to contact you to verify delivery. One month before your message delivery date we will email you at the main email address you provided. If you do not change your scheduled delivery date we will email you again two weeks prior to delivery, sending an email to both your primary and secondary email addresses.
One week prior to delivery, a So Much 2 Say representative will attempt to call the phone numbers you have provided. Lastly, two days prior to delivery, we will call the emergency contact number as a fail-safe.
Make sure to add “team@somuch2say.org” to your contacts list to prevent future correspondence from So Much 2 Say as being filtered as Junk or Spam. If possible, add this email address to the recipient contact list(s) as well.
How do I add a video to my message?
Add video's by using the link provided by YouTube or other video hosting sites. For more help check here.
How much does So Much 2 Say cost?
Members pay a single, one-time membership fee of $24.95 that includes one message for up to three different recipients.
How do I choose a delivery date?
Choose a date like a birthday, anniversary or a date that is personal to you.
What if my child is too young to have an email address?
You can create one for them using Gmail or Hotmail. Have a friend or family member keep the login information until they’re old enough to use it themselves.
Is my information on the So Much 2 Say website secure?
Keeping your information safe and secure is a high priority. We use a secure and encrypted SSL connection when you are saving message information, and all payments are made through PayPal using their secure network.
